Starbucks’ long-term previous CEO Howard Schultz reported on Monday the suspension of the organization’s stock repurchasing program, as he returns this week to lead the worldwide espresso chain for the third time.
The suspension, as of now, will permit Starbucks to put more in the organization’s kin and its stores, Schultz said in a letter to Starbucks partners.
The move comes as the organization faces real factors including squeezed supply chains, impacts from the Covid pandemic and increased strains and political agitation, Schultz added.
